Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
- You will be diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate technical problems related to hardware & network infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, technical issues and solutions provided.
- You will be working from home, with travel to customer sites in a 40-mile radius of Elgin, IL.
Required Skills
- You will have experience configuring & troubleshooting Cisco Meraki Firewalls & Switches.
- You will have experience as a Managed Service Provider or Enterprise Level engineer
- You will be comfortable liaising with a diverse customer base.
