Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality
- Positive, welcoming, sincere - engage Guests and unique individuals and valued members of our community
- Expertly performs the role of ?Ambassador? and ?Experience Guide?
- Actively seeks to make connections with Guests and build relationships/future business
- Prioritizes the experience of the Guest over personal motivations/interests

- Successfully retains Guests at the bar for dining

Teamwork

- Sets up the team for success with strong execution of opening, running, and closing duties

Technical Skills
- Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
- Pour size testing and pour consistency
- Drink service steps (handling)
- Mastery of dining/food service steps (set-up, marking, removal)
- Bartop maintenance
- Guest needs anticipation (pro-active service)
- Efficiency (prioritization, pace, preparation, organization)
- Running tasks (clean surface/floor/equipment, resetting well, produce/garnish maintenance)
- Work clean

Product Knowledge
- Wine and Spirits knowledge/test scores
- General mixology knowledge/test scores
- Concept specific knowledge/test scores
- Food menu knowledge/test scores
- Recipe knowledge
- Recipe adherence
- Practically applies knowledge to engage the guest and tailor the experience

Core Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a standing position for a long period of time
- Must have 1-2 years of serving experience
- Effective communicator
