About Madken Advisors
Madken Advisors is a growing advisory services firm based in Fort Worth, TX that focuses on transforming our client s operations through technology upgrades and business process improvements. While we help clients across multiple industries, we specialize in the alternative investment space including private equity, hedge funds and family offices.
To accommodate growth, we are seeking a full-time ERP Implementation and Support Consultant. Qualified candidates will possess a strong accounting or finance background with experience using, developing and / or implementing a financial management system or ERP. Qualified candidates will also understand accounting standards, methodologies and related business processes.
Madken Advisors will provide both technical and industry-specific training as needed depending on the experience and skill-set of the candidate. Occasional travel may be required depending on the nature of a given project but is not typical.
Responsibilities
- Provide software support or manage support escalation
- Configuration and implementation of software to client specifications
- Gather business and functional requirements from clients
- Provide data conversion and migration support from legacy systems
- Design and develop reports and dashboards
- Setup, configure or coordinate system integrations
- Provide software training for end users
- Project Management
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of industry experience in Accounting or Accounting Systems role
- Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems or equivalent
- Hands on experience using, developing or implementing financial accounting systems
- Strong Excel and / or database skills
- Project management experience
- Problem solver and creative thinker

- Can work Independently, Results oriented
Preferred:
- Hands on experience using or implementing Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, Business Central or similar ERP software
