We deliver unbelievable CX outcomes with expert orchestration using Intelligent Virtual Agent and digital messaging in our modern cloud native Google platform.As the core component of our enterprise growth strategy, the Account Executive will be directly responsible for penetrating new logo prospects across mid and large target accounts. If you are a strong hunter with a desire to join a growing company that continues to invest in a growth industry (Conversational AI) and you have a proven track record in customer experience, we would love to hear from you!What You Will Be DoingWorking new logo account targets to identify opportunities in new accountsDeveloping and maintaining up-to-date expert understanding of CX solutions and relevant competitor solutionsIdentifying and presenting a clear value proposition for accounts to purchase solutions from within our CX product portfolioEstablishing credibility with account buyers as a trusted advisor with industry and solution expertiseProactively managing pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion in our CRMIdentifying and coordinating timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficienciesAchieving assigned revenue quotaWhat You BringEducationBachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreeRequired Experience3-5 years of experience in a sales role selling solutions that are not commodity basedProven experience identifying new logo sales opportunities and closing dealsSelf-starter with excellent time-management skillsSuperior relationship and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiencesWillingness to travel within assigned territory, on short notice, as needed. 25%-30% travel expectedPreferred Experience - Priority will be given to those candidates who meet the following:New Logo "Hunter", Self-starter, independent who can drive results without significant amount of coachingProven track record negotiating and closing large and mid-market agreementsBackground and experience with contact center, IVR, automation is of high valueComfortable selling a product that is continuously being enhanced / enriched with functionality (understanding of the Agile process)Proven ability to close deals that are $250k-$1M in annual revenueProficient in Salesforce.com for tracking activity, pipeline, and revenue metricsVertical approach: background in banking, healthcare, retail, media sales is of high value#LI-RemoteABOUT US Connecting people with each other and the right information is mission critical.
