Are you a Sales Champion ready to take the lead in the Central Region? CellGate, the industry leader in Total Property Wireless Access solutions, is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Regional Sales Manager Central Region

Location: Remote - Texas

Responsibilities:

• Meet / Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Nurture existing relationships for increased revenue and commitment from dealers and distributors in the fence and gate industry.
• Manage all aspects of distributor and dealer sales functions within the fence and gate sector, building strong relationships and enhancing CellGate brand presence.
• Provide support to distributors in meeting regional sales objectives, including sales promotions and product applications.
• Profile dealers for opportunities, support CellGate sales applications, and attract new dealer customers.
• Coordinate with Technical & Customer Support, Inside Sales, and Sales Administration for seamless operations.
• Provide regional sales projections and manage distributor stocking levels.
• Territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota.
• This is an individual contributor position.

Job Requirements:

• Hunter role; comfortable with self-generation of leads.
• Proficient in SalesForce.
• Must have experience in the Fence and Gate industry (Access Control experience a plus).
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtual.
• Self-starter with initiative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 75%).
• Candidate must reside in Texas near major metro area: (DFW, Houston, Austin or San Antonio)
