Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Honolulu, HI. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and management of personnel and resources. They will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets for large construction projects
- Expertise in construction management
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with multi-family structure repair, remediation and renovation is a plus
