We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients as Remote Workers' Compensation Attorneys to work REMOTELY in California or across the US, requiring a California Bar License.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel and defend employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Workers Compensation Appeals Board venues throughout California.
- Manage the defense for hundreds of workers compensation claims, attending hearings, conducting depositions, completing trials, and resolving claims via settlement through stipulated awards and compromise and release agreements.
Qualifications:
- Must have California Bar License.
- Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation Law preferred.
- Strong understanding of Workers Compensation law and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
