**Assistant Manager Food Services**
Manchester, NH, USA Req #4347 Wednesday, March 2, 2022 Farnum Center is a comprehensive alcohol and substance abuse treatment facility providing residential services, medical detoxification, crisis stabilization, intensive outpatient services, a sober living program and a MAT Clinic. Responsibilities :
In this role you are the lead cook on your assigned shift. You will oversee the staff assigned to your shift, all aspects of the food services operation including menu planning, ordering and receiving food shipments and safety and sanitation guideline.
Qualifications :
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a culinary degree preferred and 3-5 years management experience. Good time management skills and an ability to adapt to changes in scheduling and program needs. Strong cooking skills in large quantities and recipe planning are a must. A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation are also required.
Hours:
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position and is benefit eligible. The hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9AM-5:30PM
