Are you passionate about practicing REAL Medicine? We're seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our team at Innovative Health & Longevity. We specialize in holistic, integrative, and functional medicine, focusing on personalized care that addresses the root cause of disease.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a Personalized Holistic & Integrative approach to healthcare, including lifestyle strategies, nutraceuticals, integrative alternative therapies, and medications as necessary.
• Utilize state-of-the-art testing and therapeutic approaches to treat patients with chronic complex diseases.
• Work alongside the Practice Founder and a well-trained, multi-specialty team dedicated to quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Ohio Licensed PA/NP with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in holistic, integrative, or functional medicine preferred.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements in both Functional & Conventional Medicine.
• Enjoy diagnosing and treating complicated health issues.
• Think critically and utilize evidence-based data to solve diagnostic challenges.
• Incorporate Functional, Conventional, and Personalized Medical treatments appropriately.
• Work well in a small but busy private practice, assisting other staff members as needed.
• Self-motivated and committed to providing exceptional healthcare and service.
• Lead by example with a healthy lifestyle, guided by proper nutrition, exercise, and work-life balance.

Position Details:

• Longer patient visits, seeing 6-10 patients per day.
• Full-Time position, Monday Friday.
• Both telemedicine and in-office visits.
• Salaried position.
• After-hours paperwork and patient condition research may be required due to patient complexity.
• Integrative, functional medicine requires individualized treatment options for each patient, offering gratifying challenges and opportunities for success.
