Perform above on an experienced level basis with minimal supervision.Compensation:\$2,500 Sign on Bonus*Additional 10% premium for Inspection TechniciansEligible for Annual IncreasesCompetitive Benefits Package, including first day Medical Benefits1stShiftSchedule:This position is for1stshift.Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PMOvertime available on a business need basis.Primary Responsibilities:Production Inspection and Functional Testing, Audits, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Transactions,Support Development of inspection methods & procedures. Support multiple commodities and/or production lines.Disposition product non-conformance\'s as approved.Use proper inspection methods & equipment.Identify improvements to methods and procedures.Answer quality requirement & inspection questions.Assist Quality Engineering in corrective action follow-upAssist Engineering in development of inspection methods and proceduresProcess Monitor Program, Special process inspections, Customer Source Inspection, Delegated Customer Source InspectionSupport company goals, Teamwork, Leadership & Training, and Continuous Improvement.Take proactive approach to tasks related to quality activities, initiatives & company goalsOther support groups, Customer contact, Customer satisfactionBasic Qualifications:Typically requires a high school diploma. In the absence of a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is typically required.S.
