Pay:
- CNA: Starting at $18/hr (Depending on license)
- LPN: Starting at $28/hr (Depending on experience)
- RN: Starting at $40/hr (Depending on experience)
Experience: One (1) year of related medical experience
Education: Depending on the specialty
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Flexible Scheduling, Day, Evening, and Night Shifts available!
Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking Healthcare Assistants (LPN, RN, MA, & CNA) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Participate in the selection of licensed and non-licensed staff
- Assist with trainings and help manage staff performance
- Contribute to a culture of excellence in service, compliance, and care
- Responsible for assessment and monitoring of resident conditions
- Handle regular resident chart audits
- Represent the Department of Nursing in meetings and conferences
- Conduct regular and effective nursing rounds
- Effectively follows up on any issues that arise and communicates with nursing staff
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Maintain focus while effectively attending to multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented- effectively identifies critical issues, and areas of focus for self and others
- Provide a pleasant and welcoming demeanor with visitors and staff
