Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality

Technical Skills
- Remove trash and garbage
- Clean and roll/unroll all mats
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Prime and test the dish machine for chemicals
- Properly set-up 3 3-bay sink: wash, rinse, and sanitize
- Correctly set up the station
- Maximize dish rack, neither over or under
- Prewash dishes to remove heavy debris
- Inspect dishes to ensure clean of debris
- Remove from rack to store properly, making sure to stack appropriately
- Proper care of dishware and utensils
- Efficiency (prioritization, pace, preparation, organization)
- Running tasks (cleaning surface/floor/equipment, running dishes, picking up dirty dishes, dropping off clean dishes)
Maintenance and Cleanliness
- Station maintenance - free of debris and dry
- Sweeping and cleaning throughout the kitchen
- Stock products (chemicals and supplies for the dishwasher are stocked and stored correctly)
- Removes trash when full and put in proper receptacles
