LHH is partnered with an acquisitive organization for a newly created position! This position is a blend of FP&A and M&A, offering hybrid flexibility, autonomy to lead the FP&A function, and a strong compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Budget development
- Variance & forecasting analysis
- Ad hoc analysis to support investment and pricing decisions
- Post-acquisition financial & budget integration
- Identify & track KPIs
- Special projects
- Other responsibilities assigned
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
- Minimum of 5 years of total experience
- FP&A and M&A experience required
- Power BI experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
The salary range for this position is up to $160K + 10% bonus.
