Position Overview: I am currently working with a highly reputable AM LAW firm, who are actively looking for a Products Liability Attorney to join their team in Milwaukee.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on products liability issues.
- Evaluating and investigating potential claims involving defective products.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborating with experts, consultants, and witnesses to build strong cases.
- Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Wisconsin state bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in products liability matters at a reputable law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
