Forklift Operator - 2nd ShiftThe **Forklift Operator** is the front-line employee who is responsible for loading and unloading trailers as they arrive, in addition to, bringing pallets from the production floor and putting them away in the cooler.
**Location** : Hillsboro, WI
**Hours:** 1pm - 9pm
**Wage:** $20.25/hr. plus shift differential

**Preferred Education:**
* High School Diploma or GED
**Required Qualifications & Experiences:**
* 18 years or older
* 6+ months of solid work experience in any industry
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
* Forklift experience or willing to be trained for certification (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)
**Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:**
* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
* Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
* Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
* Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
