We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of inventory management principles, and the ability to optimize warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, generate reports, and analyze data.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin (Required)
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
