We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee a group of sheet plants.


The company is committed to innovation and sustainability and provides quality packaging solutions.


This position will focus on guiding Territory Managers to success. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work closely with various teams including operations, customer service, pricing, and business development.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Territory Managers, setting and monitoring goals aligned with division objectives.
  • Provide consistent coaching and support to Territory Managers to foster their professional growth.
  • Travel monthly with Territory Managers to offer hands-on assistance and business development guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage pricing strategies and customer contracts, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct quarterly sales meetings and recruit new sales talent to drive business growth.


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of sales and/or sales management experience, preferably in the corrugated industry.
  • Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn corrugated mainframe systems.
