We are actively seeking a Plumbing Foreman to support their new construction projects in the Denver area. We are looking for talented individuals with experience in leading Plumbing crews on new construction sites as well as jumping in to complete the work where needed.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman
- Apartment (Multifamily) experience preferred
- Valid Journeyman Licensed required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications and details
- Strong organization, planning and the ability to delegate and control the work process
- Ability to communicate effectively with the direct crew, maximize efficiency, meet project schedules, and deliver high-quality projects on time
Responsibilities
- Participate in job planning, organize projects in the field and maintain active knowledge of project parameters, and site set up
- Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, utilize knowledge of equipment capacities and assigned personnel
- Schedule and Coordinate Independent Contractors and ensure that their materials are delivered and tracked
- Supervise the operation and operate the equipment and machinery
- Meet construction schedules and other demands
