Are you into home decor and interior design? Burlap & Birch is a space where individuals can fall in love with affordable furniture, decor, gifts and much more. We are looking for keyholders to join our Burlap & Birch family. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder provides guests with exceptional service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge and assisting in creating a well-designed, compelling store environment. In this role, you must be able to multitask and have an attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Complete all opening and closing procedures.
Complete any operational duties to assist the ASM and Team Lead.
Consistently meeting and exceeding store sales goals.
Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority
Assist with merchandising on the sale floor
Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers
Knowledge of all product lines in store
Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work space
Connect with customers at the cash wrap
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
