**Store Manager - Clackamas** City, State **Happy Valley, OR** Job Code **3537** # of openings **1** We are a young company that is growing rapidly. Just last year we opened 20 new stores. We have a scrappy and fun approach to running our business. You could say we are a little non-traditional. If you are looking for a retail experience unlike any other, then Fuego or Attic Salt is in your future.
The ideal store manager candidate should be a little quirky and creative. But, just as importantly, our successful store managers are good leaders, trainers, and retailers. They know how to assist customers in finding the perfect purchase and then can coach their employees on how to do it. The #1 priority of our best store managers is to take excellent care of their customers, their employees, and their store.
Here are some of our requirements (and preferences):
* At least two years of retail experience. And evidence that youve been successful at it.
* Empathy, intelligence, cultural awareness, sensibility, and integrity.
* A passion for creating a positive environment, for both customers and employees.
* A track record of effective coaching/training.
* A sense of humor.
* Confidence. Not afraid to be loud or speak up. All aimed at creating a positive environment.
