As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant/Customer Service Representative.
Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant/Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily involve supporting the inventory management process and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems accordingly.
    • Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status.
    • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and customer inquiries as needed.
    • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management and customer service processes.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to support company objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate activities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
