Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Healthy base salary plus commission

Commission structure paid on booked and shipped sales engaging reps through the entire process

Receive inbound sales calls and internet leads daily on a variety of products

Traditional need-satisfaction sales methodology employed to investigate customer needs, determine the best product solution to satisfy customers, present the product effectively and build value, overcome any objections, and make the sale

Prioritize and manage a variety of daily tasks, from prospect follow-up to order follow-through

Build and manage relationships with customers and assigned accounts

Qualify and mine prospective customers

Respond to digital quote requests in a timely fashion

Work with our growing dealer network to provide better service to end-user customers

Work with our engineering team when fulfilling custom orders

Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with trends and industry changes

Keep management informed of opportunities and feedback

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Work well with team members and be open to support and feedback

Sales experience preferred but would train the right candidate

Must be self-starting and driven

Charismatic personality with the ability to persuade others

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Competitive

Computer skills a must (includes Microsoft suite with emphasis on outlook and excel)

Must have a love for Trucks

Must be relatable to Blue-Collar America
