**Position Description and Responsibilities**
The successful candidate must be professional, kind, and courteous at all times to customers, vendors, and fellow employees. Customer Service is your first priority. The available position includes responsibilities such as staging sold items for delivery, making part deliveries to customers, and daily maintaining a clean work environment, including the facility and the delivery vehicle you operate. You will also be required daily to collect, secure, and record funds for parts invoices, maintain a daily route/delivery log, and communicate customer concerns or needs. The position can also include daily receipt of parts inventory and related items, accurate data entry recording those receipts, stocking the inventory in its proper location(s), and inventorying the current stock levels on a regular basis.
**Position Requirements**
**Administrative**
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must have High School Diploma or qualifying GED certificate
- Must have valid Drivers License and current auto insurance policy
- Must have clear driving record
- Must have clean background
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and future random screenings
**Physical**
- Able to work at a consistent, fast pace
- Able to arrive consistently on time and ready for work, Monday through Saturday as needed
- Able to regularly lift over 40 pounds
- Able to stand and walk on concrete flooring for long hours
- Able to work indoors and outdoors exposed to all types of weather conditions
- Able to daily maintain a clean work environment, including your delivery vehicle
- Able to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack
**Work Experience**
- Able to demonstrate satisfactory work history
- Able to provide at least two references to past and/or current work experience
- Able to demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service skills to customers and vendors
- Able to communicate effectively with all fellow employees and supervisors
- Able to contribute to, and participate in, a team environment, while also reaching individual goals and satisfying individual job requirements
- Able to use Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and Word
