We are looking for a**Laborer**to join our growing team in Winona, MN at our River and Rail location. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and have good time management skills.****Responsibilities****

* Operate heavy machinery to load and unload bulk fertilizer products for suppliers and customers.

* Adhere to all company safety regulations.

* Assist with maintenance and repairs of plant equipment as directed.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

* Assist with loading and unloading of bulk grain & fertilizer products for suppliers and customers.

* Adhere to all company safety regulations.

* Other duties as assigned

* Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions

****Minimum Qualifications (required)****

* 1 plus years of related experience

* Ability to work at various heights above ground as required

* Ability to work long hours to meet business demands

* Ability to work in dust and different weather conditions and temperatures

* Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, twist

* Ability to follow directions

****Additional Qualifications****

* High school diploma or GED

* Bulk grain/fertilizer handlingexperience

* Barge handling experience

* Equipment repair and maintenance experience
