POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aftermarket Sales Specialist role will be to provide assistance to the Aftermarket sales teams efforts, including generating quotations for equipment parts, following up on open quotations via phone, tracking sold orders for prompt shipment and assisting monitoring of active inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating Quotations based on customer inquiries
- Data collection and tracking
- Active management of the open quotations
- Passive management of sold quotations
Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM and ERP programs
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Oral, Written Communications and Organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
