Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our industrial construction projects.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL CONSTRICTION PROJECTS (WAREHOUSE, DISTRIBUTION, MANUFACTURING FACILITIES, BATTERY PLANTS & COLD STORAGE)
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage all construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of on-site construction personnel.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality on site.
