We are seeking Remote Family Law Attorneys from Associate to Partnership Levels experience to become a part of the team!
A Law Firm in Bergen County (near Jersey City, New Jersey) seeks to hire enthusiastic current NEW JERSEY BARRED ATTORNEYS if you have the experience to represent clients handling divorces, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, parental rights, child support and custody. Working in the New Jersey Family Law Division is mandatory.
- Working directly with clients
- Researching and writing to prepare for your trials
- Going to trial on behalf of clients
- Always working for the greater good of clients
SALARY:
The firm offers an excellent salary based on experience levels. The total compensation package with a base salary up to $250,000 in addition to an excellent bonus structure and Paid Time Off that exceeds the norm.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and admitted to practice law in New Jersey required
- 4+ years of experience practicing Family/Divorce/Matrimonial Law at a law practice in New Jersey
- Presently working in the New Jersey Family Law Division is mandatory
- 4+ years of excellent writing, research, and courtroom skills
- Must be a collaborator with outstanding work ethic
- Very Compassionate, empathic, and good listener
- Treat Clients with the utmost respect
- Work to build trust and a relationship with clients
