salary: $24 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic payments and checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve any payment issues or inquiries
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
