Position Overview: We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Genesis of Milford. The Customer Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in welcoming guests to our dealership, qualifying their needs, showcasing our vehicles, and building genuine rapport throughout their visit. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and engage in friendly conversation to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough qualification of guests to determine their vehicle requirements and desires.
  • Showcase our lineup of Genesis vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and options that align with the guest's interests.
  • Lead guests on informative and engaging test drives, demonstrating the performance and capabilities of the vehicles.
  • Build rapport and trust with guests through active listening, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the guest's journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate the vehicle purchase process and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Passion for automobiles and a genuine interest in sharing knowledge about Genesis vehicles with guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive dealership culture.
