Advertising Account Executive


Job Details

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Advertising and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team at one of the region s largest and longest continually operating communications firms in New England, headquartered in Providence, RI. As a lead account executive, you will assist in the development and implementation of effective marketing communications and advertising strategies to promote our client organizations and enhance their brand. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-7 years of experience in advertising and marketing who are passionate about shaping client brands and achieving client marcomm goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns to raise awareness and enhance the client organization's brand.

Must be strongly Independent and able to work with limited direction and assistance, but also be comfortable working with agency teams and departments in the execution of client deliverables.

Lead team members and client representatives to develop strategic communication plans aligned with client organizational goals.

Lead external research and analysis partners to identify target audiences and craft compelling messages.

Lead collaboration with internal agency departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

Strong attention to detail for reporting and billing purposes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience In advertising and marketing or a related role.

Advertising agency experience strongly preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and adapt communication style for different audiences.

Proficiency in using Microsoft and Google software, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

Proactive and creative problem-solving skills with a positive and flexible attitude.

Knowledge of current media landscape and emerging trends in advertising.
