Unbelievable commission and no cold calling (all leads are inbound from our national marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

• UNCAPPED commissions.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Base Pay: $24/per hour + unbelievable commission and no cold calling (all leads are inbound from our national marketing
• Expected hours: 40 per week.
• A work schedule that respects your work-life balance: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar software is a bonus, but not required.
• Having cold calling and outbound experience is a bonus, as this will be something want to move toward in the future.
