Job Details
This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA. Must be comfortable coming onsite 3 days a week.
Social Media Specialist Overview:
- Play a leading role in planning, developing and implementing social media strategies that differentiate the company among key audiences including members, prospects, consumers, business decision makers, providers, and thought leaders.
- Coordinate with internal business units to ensure social messaging is fully integrated with communications and marketing efforts across the company.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of social media technologies and make recommendations for new opportunities to support business objectives.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to expand audience, increase brand awareness, and/or drive clicks.
- Provide a strategic point of view on social media and associated tools and facilitate training programs for key stakeholders.
- Highly skilled career-level professional within field.
- Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience working within social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Nice to have: Sprout Social, AirTable, Workfront
