JOB REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- High school education, or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal skills.
- Professional manner and team oriented.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue for Green Home Solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the green and sustainable living sector, including partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, and eco-conscious homeowners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including environmental organizations, green building councils, and other relevant industry partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that highlight the environmental benefits of our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, environmental regulations, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
- Provide input on product/service development based on market feedback and evolving sustainability trends.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the sustainability or green living sector.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our green solutions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.
- Desire to transition to sales after demonstrating business development skills.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
