Aqua Smart Inc. is seeking a dynamic salesperson to bring clean water to people around the world by focusing on growth of corrosion control chemistry.

Aqua Smart Inc. is hiring a regional sales manager to support the following regions:

Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee.

**JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES**

Drive growth of SeaQuest at new customers within a defined geographical territory. Specifically:

* Build relationships with prospective customers: schedule introductory meetings, give presentations / demonstrations, understand their purchasing process and how to leverage it into SeaQuest trials and ultimately sales.

* Build relationships with the local DEP / DOH / EPA / Consultants to educate them on SeaQuest and then understand / do what it takes to gain their support.

* Actively participate in local trade associations: join committees, exhibit at shows, give technical presentations, etc.

* Ensure SeaQuest is on the state bid list for each state in your territory.

* Support the service company in your region (as applicable) as the product expert.

* Work with the local Colonial Chemical Services sales team (as applicable) on joint opportunities / leveraging relationships.

* Document all activity in the AquaSmart CRM and comply with all reporting requirements of the business.

* Always follow all AquaSmart and customer safety procedures.

* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**

* 5 Years of experience in the water treatment industry

* Technical degree preferred

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ownership mentality: must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

* Flexible: must be able to change priorities quickly based on the needs of the business and maintain a high level of performance and a positive attitude

* Clean driving record

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Must be able to routinely work in the field, inspecting chemical feed equipment / tanks / dosing systems / etc. as needed at a municipal water treatment facility.
