Job Details

The Member Bill Processing Trainer s primary roles are providing in-person and virtual training for Member Bill Processing employees, conducting audits, cross-training to ensure a decrease to the department s overall error rate, and empowering the employees to perform their jobs confidently. They must be highly skilled in Member Bill Processing operations, work accurately, and must possess the ability to adapt to individualized learning styles. They will work with a team of trainers to collaborate on necessary continuing education, core competencies, and departmental goals. This individual will work to accomplish the mission and vision of CHM.

Responsibilities


  • Provide cross-training needs to all Member Bill Processing employees under the direction of the Training Coordinator
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training for Member Bill Processing staff as needed.
  • Ensure that all new employees are educated in core competencies.
  • Collaborate with training team to identify and address any departmental training needs.
  • Ensure that all new employees have out-of-office email communications set up and their email signature format is entered correctly.
  • Educate new employees on how to navigate the Teams application.
  • Ensure new employees are provided with the necessary contact information.
  • Ensure new employees are equipped with all the necessary resources and supplies to perform their assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Complete work log audits as needed for the Member Bill Processing staff.
  • Work as a team to decrease the overall departmental error rate, while simultaneously increasing the overall needs per labor hour average


Requirements


  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to operate a PC, including working with information systems/applications.
  • The Train the Trainer course must be completed.
  • High integrity and accountability
  • Always maintain a professional attitude
