Position Description:The
Lease Return Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the lease return process. As a Lease Return Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers returning their leased vehicles. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers returning leased vehicles in a professional and friendly manner; Provide clear and concise explanations of the lease return process, answering any questions or concerns; Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the lease return journey.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of returned vehicles, documenting any wear and tear within established guidelines; Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to assess and address any required repairs or reconditioning.
- Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure all required lease return paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently; Coordinate with finance and administrative teams to process necessary documentation for lease termination.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on lease-end options, including lease extension, vehicle purchase, or selecting a new lease; Provide information on available promotions and incentives to encourage customer loyalty.
- Resolution of Issues: Address and resolve any concerns or disputes related to lease returns in a professional and customer-focused manner; Collaborate with relevant departments to find timely solutions to customer issues.
- Technology Utilization; Utilize dealership management software and other relevant tools to track and manage lease return processes efficiently; Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lease return procedures.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: - Previous experience in automotive sales, leasing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct accurate vehicle inspections.
- Knowledge of lease-end processes and related paperwork is an advantage.
- Familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
