Litigation Attorney - Texas
Lawyers On Demand seeks TWO experienced Litigation Attorneys in Texas to support a valued and reputable law firm client. These roles will consist of handling all levels of a broad range of litigation including personal injury, premises liability, real estate and more. The work will consist of research, briefing, discovery, case evaluation, mediation, and trial appearances. The candidates will need to work onsite in the client's Collin County office. These roles are for full-time hours and while they are temporary roles, they have a long term/open-ended duration, including the chance to transition into a permanent role.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated substantive experience in litigation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week onsite
- Juris Doctorate Degree from ABA-accredited institution
- Active law license in good standing
