**Business Development Manager**

Responsible for meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in the second largest market, NSW. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to develop, support and implement acquisition strategies in these markets, driving revenue, profit and brand awareness for The Outdoor Education Group.

**Operations & Catering Supervisor**

**Moss Vale, NSW**

This role is responsible for supporting planning and preparation to ensure operational delivery of all programs. Specifically leading a team to plan, prepare and pack for each program across our calendar. Communicating with a wide range of key stakeholders, this role holds challenge engagement, excitement and growth.

**Lead Outdoor Educator**

**NSW, VIC & WA**

Working alongside members of the Outdoor Education delivery team, this role will provide coaching and mentorship to fellow outdoor educators. The role will be accountable to develop and guide Professional Development Plans for all field employees with an emphasis on high quality educational delivery.

**senior outdoor educator**

**NSW, VIC, & WA**

Working alongside members of the Outdoor Education delivery team, this role will provide in-field support and mentorship to journey based trainees, interns, and peers. You will be accountable to both advocate and role model best practice within the field, alongside Outdoor Educators with an emphasis on high quality educational delivery.

**Outdoor Educator Camps**

**NSW & VIC**

Encourage, excite and lead students in a site youll know like the back of your hand. Support students to overcome difficulties through learnings with long-term benefits. Work with a mixed range of students, from Primary School to Secondary.

**CASUAL HOUSEKEEPER**

**Marysville & Rubicon, VIC**

This role is responsible for maintaining set standards of cleanliness for all accommodation, bathrooms and communal areas at Camp Jungai and/or Camp Marysville.

We support more than 48,000 students each year in locations across Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australian, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
