Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager with a strong background in procurement and inventory management, specifically within the medical services domain. This role demands adaptability and agility to thrive in a dynamic environment shaped by recent organizational changes and expansions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with pharmaceutical and sundry product suppliers. Lead negotiations to secure advantageous contracts while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Optimization: Develop and enforce inventory control protocols to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and mitigate risks.
  • Integration: Identify and implement technology solutions to bolster inventory management processes and procurement efficiency.
  • Approach: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate inventory control measures and procurement strategies into operational workflows.
  • and Quality Assurance: Uphold adherence to industry regulations and standards, particularly those governing pharmaceutical procurement in the healthcare sector.


Additional Responsibilities:

External Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields required. Additional qualifications such as a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPIM) are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, with a preference for healthcare, medical services, or pharmaceutical sectors.
