REPORTS TO: Regional Vice President of Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Operations General Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization in an assigned area to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Responsible for providing direction and leadership to ensure effective operations of installations, service, and maintenance. Coordinates and collaborates with Construction, Customer Care, Dispatch, Engineering, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal customer experience. Coordinate and communicate with field operations management on process and procedural improvement opportunities. Provide reports to field operations management on activity and results. Responsible for hiring, training, development and performance management of staff.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develops an effective frontline leadership team and assists them with developing their direct reports that creates a high performing culture and environment.

* Actively and consistently supports all efforts to enhance the customer experience.

* Provide oversight of contract labor management, including adherence to scope of work and quality standards.

* Proactively plans for, secures, and deploys employees or contractor resources to meet business needs.

* Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.

* Assists in the coordination, preparation and maintenance of the capital and operating budgets.

* Monitors current procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and other regulatory agencies.

* Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

* Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

* Coordinates with other support departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, and other Logistic groups to ensure successful production operations.

* Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:

* Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.

* Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.

* Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.

* Five years of technical supervisory experience or equivalent work experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

* Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record that is within Company required standards.
