Victory Ranch is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for all things food and beverage, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
This person:
* Leads in a positive fashion while multitasking and prioritizing workloads
* Pays rigorous attention to quality by upholding defined standards over time
* Guides and supports employees
* Is involved in the day-to-day operations of our restaurants
** Requirements**
* 2-5 years of experience in full service, high volume restaurants, hotels as a General Manager.
* Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
* Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
* Ability to identify problems and solve.
* Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
* Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
**Compensation:** BOE, salary negotiable.
