Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (OTE $160,000 - $180,000)

About the Role:

We are looking for a California Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by selling ProSolve solutions to schools and districts. The Field Sales Executive is expected to build and maintain business relationships with new customers through consultative selling skills, leading to the sale of ProSolve solutions and related professional development programs. This role must have the ability to meet and present, in person, with district administrators. While this role is an individual contributor, you will be collaborating and strategizing with other CA sales executives to maximize your opportunity. This role will also partner and work with an inside sales representative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategy to develop a growing state. A hunter mentality will be a must
  • Build a pipeline of new business, renewals, and upsells that will support sales goal
  • Leverage existing relationships to partner with ProSolve as their solution provider for summer school, after-school, and academic day
  • Help develop or nurture relationships at the county offices of education and state-level
  • Deliver professional sales presentations to high-level decision-makers with the ability to close business
  • Collaboration with sales and marketing departments to strategically and successfully close business in assigned territory
  • Improve product knowledge and selling skills by attending all sales meetings and training sessions
  • This position requires travel up to 30% (majority of time within California)
  • Remote (work from home), California


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience selling into the CA education market
  • Proven Rolodex of district-level contacts
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Carried a quota of $1M+ annually
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Creative and self-driven
  • Self-confidence and motivation
  • The ability to work with others in team to achieve common objectives
  • Ability to build new sales & develop new customer base
  • Strong oral and written communication skills


Preferred:

  • Familiar with Salesforce CRM software
  • Familiar with Asana task management software
  • Familiar with Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Track record of working in a rapidly growing organization
