Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Property Damage Specialist who will be instrumental in navigating our clients through the complexities of property damage claims resulting from auto accidents. This role requires an understanding of the auto body industry and a commitment to meticulous claim handling, ensuring each case is addressed with the highest level of detail. As a Property Damage Specialist, you will manage the initial assessments, provide timely and accurate repair estimates, and ensure effective communication across all parties involved, including clients, insurance companies, and auto repair facilities.


  • Obtain repair estimates, evidence and documents related to the client s property damage claim
  • Communicate with clients regarding their property damage claims
  • Resolve property damage automobile claims promptly
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding client s property damage claims
  • Set up car rentals for clients
  • Send out Property Damage Introduction letter
  • Cooperate and communicate with the assigned Case Manager for maximum result
  • Set up appointments with the body shops
  • Remind clients when rental is due for return
  • Fill out the PD Tab in FileVine
  • Always ensure we have all documents and information in the event the case is transferred to litigation
  • Perform other duties as required by management


Location: This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the auto body industry is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation in the specifics of automotive repair and insurance liaison
  • Strong ability to analyze complex documents and situations to make informed decisions that benefit the client and expedite claim resolution
  • Understanding of various insurance policies and their applicability to ensure accurate claim handling
  • Skilled in resolving conflicts and negotiating amicably between involved parties, essential for managing sensitive issues that may arise during the claims process
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities flawlessly, ensuring all aspects of the claims process are handled efficiently
  • Demonstrated capacity to stay engaged with all parties until all issues are resolved and every process is complete
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders in both written and verbal forms
  • Ability to quickly learn claim management software like FileVine, and proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office, to maintain records and manage claims efficiently
