This growing payment manufacturing and service company has over 20 years of experience as a trusted partner to financial institutions. They are a leading provider in payment card production and related services, offering end-to-end credit, debit, and prepaid payment solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand. Your role will be instrumental in helping with special accounting and billing projects as you communicate with various teams across the organization and help to streamline key processes.
What You ll Actually Do:
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, complete journal entries, and create supporting schedules and analysis
- Assist with various billing processes to include managing customer-level contractual pricing, invoicing based on billing data from multiple systems and navigating customer communications related to billing
- Interact with internal stakeholders to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close and internal management and financial reporting
- Work both independently as well as under the guidance of a highly respected accounting leader
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- BS in Accounting
- 5 + years of full cycle, GL experience
- Experience with process improvements
- Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot tables, Formulas)
- Demonstrated experience in service billing looking at contracts, integrating data from multiple systems and processing invoices
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
It Would Be Brilliant If You Also Have:
- Manufacturing or service-related industry experience
- Experience with Monarch software
