Job Details
Shift: 1st (6 am- 3 pm)
Pay: $22/Hour
Performing cleaning activities such as wiping down tools, service area organization, etc.
Performing minor fixes such as repairing piping, belt swapping, etc.
Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Diagnosis of equipment issues such as seal failures, blown pegs, etc.
Updates to the WO system (Google/Facility Dude) twice daily
Personal log book for worked items must be updated daily for review with supervisor or manager
Follow WO expected completion dates with very few changes needed to dates
Ability to read & understand drawings, user manuals, etc.
Clear communication with supervisor, department members, etc.
Perform On-call duties during assigned weeks/days
Maintain a safe & clean working area, shop, etc.
You must train under a class D physical/chemical waste water license
You must be able to understand and operate the waste water system solo (Post training), remember formulas, maintain clean & neat data collection, etc.
You will be required to be hands on with projects such as, new equipment installs, building expansion, facility upgrades, etc.
Maintaining current stock quantities for assigned area i.e. tools, spare parts, chemicals, etc.
You will adhere to a Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduled created by your supervisor or manager for various equipment
Requirements
Proven experience as maintenance technician or other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of acquiring a Class D Physical/Chemical Waste Water License is required
