Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a DSCR Mortgage Broker. The DSCR Mortgage Broker will be responsible for providing real estate debt options to clients. The role involves mortgage marketing, sales, and providing finance advice to clients.

We specialize in Debt Service Coverage Ratio Business Purpose (DSCR) Mortgages on 1-4 unit properties in FL, MD, PA, OH, SC, TX, DC, IL, CO, KY, DE, GA, LA, MA, and NH.
Qualifications

- Cold calling experience
- Sales experience
- Can self source customers
- Mortgage Broker and Finance skills
- Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing skills
- Brokerage knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in real estate or mortgage industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Liberal Arts, Sciences, Finance, Business, or related field

- You will earn 50% of all origination points (including back end)
- You will be paid on a 1099 so you can manage your own taxes
- On track earnings (closing a minimum of 3 loans per month)- $180,000
Other Considerations
- We do not provide a salary or draw. This job is 100% commission on a 1099.
- This job is completely remote and you can originate in the above states
- You are required to source your own leads
