Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Houston, TX. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing budgets, scheduling, and ensuring project completion on schedule. The Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including communication with project owners, buyout and oversight of subcontractors, and management of construction personnel.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Budgeting skills
- Experience in Construction Management and Project Management
- Demonstrated success with managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage construction personnel and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Experience in commercial construction is required
