Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Miami, FL or Skokie, IL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for business growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of aircraft parts and the aftermarket industry
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field is a plus
