Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a full-time or part-time onsite Licensed or Associate/In-Training Behavioral/Mental Health Therapists (preferably an LCSW) for a nonprofit 501 C3 organization in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

This organization takes an outside of the box and holistic approach to mental health care for youth and adults with a focus on play, connection, and growth. They are expanding to include private insurance and private pay contracts and seek a Licensed or Associate Therapist to work with the behavioral health team as well as with their growing team of providers who work in a collaborative environment.

There is a 10-acre farm in Whitelaw, WI 54247 (Manitowoc County) and a church in Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 for various types of therapy including animal therapy (K9 and Equine).

DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients.
• Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming.
• Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Attend team meetings (both virtually and in person); assist facilitator with establishing goals for service plans.
• Document team meetings via service notes to document progress on treatment goals.
• Conduct tours with new clients and their families.
• Communicating with facilitator and parents regarding positive or negative behaviors/concerns occurring during service time.
• Provide guidance and supervision to providers on mandated reporting.
• Uploading of services plans, crisis plans, and initial assessments and keeping all documents updated.
• Create behavioral interventions when appropriate to address client behaviors.
• Coordinating care with client s treatment team.
• Reviewing new referrals for appropriateness and maintaining a waiting list.
• Scheduling of staff and clients and coordinating with other locations on scheduling.
• May be expected to mentor, coordinate, track, supervise, and maintain documentation for interns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold full or in-training licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT/MFT-TL), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Advance Practice Social Work (APSW) in WI.
• If licensed, at least 2 years therapy experience as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC strongly prefer LCSW.
• Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling.
• Group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, and crisis intervention.
• Experience with youth and adults in a residential setting preferred.
• DBT, EMDR and trauma experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to pass a caregiver background check.
• Ability to supervise MSW s for hours needed for licensure.
