This entry-level position requires basic technical skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.Qualifications:Vehicle Body Repair:Perform basic bodywork and repair tasks on vehicles, including dent repairs, scratch removal, and major structural repairs.Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting manufacturer and industry specifications.Painting and Refinishing:Assist in prepare surfaces for priming / painting by cleaning, guide coating, sanding, masking, and applying primers.Assist in the application of paint and clear coat with precision, ensuring accurately and achieving appropriate finishes. Vehicle Manufacturing, Assembly and Disassembly:Assist in performing complex assembly and disassembly tasks on a variety of vehicles, including classic cars, modern automobiles, and specialty vehicles.Disassemble, meticulously documenting the process and organizing parts for repair or restoration.Parts Replacement and Installation:Perform the removal and replacement of damaged vehicle parts, such as panels, fenders, bumpers, and lights.Ensure precise alignment and fitment of new parts and guide the team in this process.Rework:Perform rework to current defects found during Quality Control and other inspectionsParts Storage and Packing:Perform disassembly, identify, tag, pack and store parts in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage or loss. Retrieve parts from storage and re use as neededSub-Assemblies:Assemble, and manufacturing of various components including upholstery, vacuum forming, wiring harnesses, switch panels, and various other components.Refurbishment and Upfit:Assist in the Diagnosis and repair ambulances, support vehicles and other GMR equipment.Assist in perform all types of repairs and parts exchange including engines, transmissions and electrical.Assist ambulance manufacturing at all levels and in all areas. Assembly and disassembly of vehicles as needed.Assist in Upfitting vehiclesQuality Assurance:In conjunction with Quality Control Department assist in conducting thorough quality checks and review to ensure that all repairs, refinishing, assembly, and disassembly meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
